VayaTribe Terms of Service

1. Introduction

Welcome to VayaTribe! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the VayaTribe website, services, and applications (collectively, the “Platform”). By using VayaTribe, you agree to these Terms in full.

2. The VayaTribe Platform

VayaTribe connects travelers (“Tourists”) with local guides (“Local Guides”) who offer unique experiences and content across India.

• Our Role: VayaTribe acts as a neutral facilitator helping Tourists and Local Guides connect.
• We assist with user verification, content hosting, and basic video editing.
• Disclaimer: VayaTribe is not a party to any agreement between Tourists and Local Guides, nor a tour operator, agent, or insurer.

3. User Accounts

• Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• Account Types: Tourists may browse listings or register to make enquiries; Local Guides must complete registration and KYC verification.
• Responsibility: You are responsible for all activities on your account and for keeping your login credentials secure.

4. Terms for Local Guides

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration and KYC verification.
• You are solely responsible for your listings, descriptions, and packages — all information must be accurate and truthful.
• You retain ownership of raw content you upload. Edited videos (Final Content) created by VayaTribe become the property of VayaTribe, which grants you a limited license to use them only on our platform.
• Communicate professionally with Tourists. You are solely responsible for services provided to them.

5. Terms for Tourists

• Making an enquiry shows genuine interest in a Local Guide’s services. Contact details may be shared to facilitate communication.
• While VayaTribe performs KYC checks on Local Guides, we do not endorse or guarantee their services. Exercise your own judgment before booking.
• Any agreement or payment between a Tourist and a Local Guide is solely between the two parties. VayaTribe is not responsible for these transactions.

6. Platform Integrity

• Do not use the platform for illegal purposes.
• Do not submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• Do not harass, threaten, or violate the rights of others.
• Do not attempt to bypass or disable platform security features.

7. Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided “as is” without warranties. VayaTribe is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform or from any interactions, transactions, or disputes between Tourists and Local Guides.

8. Termination

VayaTribe reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in prohibited behavior.
